Limoncello Gin Recipe on World Gin Day!
We I don't know about you but I love gin. My daughter has just turned 18 in lockdown, so we decided to make a few cocktails in the garden to celebrate.
Our firm favourite is the limoncello gin recipe.....now depending on how alcoholic you want to make it, there are a couple of options to the mixture.
Gentle Limoncello Gin
- 50 ml of your favourite gin
- 50 ml limoncello
- top up the glass with lemonade if you like it a bit sweeter, or tonic to lessen the sweetness
Wobbly Limoncello Gin
- 50 ml of your favourite gin
- 50 ml limoncello
- top up with prosecco
Why do we call it wobbly gin? We you will wobble all the way home after a couple of those lol! Honestly, though, it's seriously tasty!
